At PALS GREEN, every terrarium and plant is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, using living materials that require a stable environment to thrive. Because of the delicate, perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any items once they have been delivered or collected.


Why We Don’t Accept Returns or Exchanges

  • Living Beings Need Stability: Plants and terrariums are sensitive to changes in light, temperature, and handling. Once they leave our care, their health and condition can be affected by external factors beyond our control.
  • Each Piece is Unique: Every terrarium is individually assembled and may have natural variations in color, shape, or plant behavior — which is part of their charm. No two are exactly alike.
  • One-Way Packaging: Our packaging is designed for one-time safe delivery. Returning the item could compromise the integrity and safety of the product.
  • Customization & Freshness: Many of our items are made-to-order using fresh elements. This means they are not suitable for resale or restocking.

In Case of Damage or Concerns

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item appears damaged or not as expected upon arrival:
